Hi, I'm Mukesh Tandi — a self-taught web developer and performance engineer. I design websites, tune servers and write my own WordPress plugins, with an obsession for speed, stability and SEO that actually ranks.

I don't just design a page — I own the whole stack: the front-end, the back-end and the machine it runs on.
Lean HTML/CSS/JS, Core Web Vitals in the green, and edge caching so pages load instantly anywhere.
Linux, LiteSpeed & Nginx tuning, OPcache, database and TTFB optimization for real high-traffic loads.
My own plugins built for performance and real problems — not bloated marketplace clones.
Clean semantic markup, structured data, fast pages and content architecture built to win search.
AdSense/AdX-friendly layouts that earn without wrecking user experience or page speed.
Global CDN and smart caching so your pages load fast for every visitor, anywhere in the world.
Every project taught me something about traffic, speed and building things that last.
My journey started with RoyalGovtJobs.com — a government-jobs portal (now retired). Handling job-seeker traffic taught me caching, SEO and how to keep a content site fast as it grows.
Today I run RojgarMandi.com — a jobs portal serving daily traffic. It's my main platform, where everything I've learned about speed and SEO goes into practice. I even built its custom child theme myself.
I also build and run wishing / greeting websites that face huge seasonal, viral spikes — engineered to survive festival-day traffic without slowing down.
To solve the exact performance and workflow problems I kept hitting, I built my own WordPress plugins — running privately on my own sites.
Whether it's speed, servers, SEO or a custom plugin, let's talk.
